Why go? "Kanada-Ya was founded by Kazuhiro Kanada in the small city of Yukuhashi on the southern Japanese island of Kyushu. Since its launch in 2009, the tonkotsu specialist has been the recipient of numerous accolades celebrating its unique style and taste.

Offering an authentic ramen-ya experience in a vibrant and homely setting, Kanada-Ya maintains a simple and concise menu focusing on only the best and freshest ingredients. In doing so we are able to offer what many have praised as the best ramen in London, whilst staying true to our Japanese roots.

As a specialist in tonkotsu ramen, Kanada-Ya's menu revolves around the rich and creamy pork-bone broth that is lovingly prepared for more than 18 hours daily, resulting in its signature bubbly appearance described by many as 'cappuccino ramen'. This, combined with our secret motodare, sweet and savoury chashu pork and fresh toppings form what we believe is a perfectly formed bowl of ramen." --TimeOutLondon
